Vizard

Vizard was originally a level shinigami captain and vice-captain who have a duty to investigate the case of the 'Spirit of the Lost' 101 years ago. They exposed the secret research Hollowfikasi because of Aizen (so actually Aizen already preparing a rebellion long ago). Uruhara which at that time served as captain of the squad 12 Aizen knows crime and help the captain and vice-captain who hit hollowfikasi to be back to normal by using Hagyoku. 

But these efforts are not one hundred percent successful. Uruhara even blamed for the illegal research and expelled into the world live with Tessai (former division captain kidou) .Tessai considered helpful Uruhara illegal conduct research. While his friend, Yoruichi (2 squad captain), decided to go from Soul Society quietly as he helped Uruhara uncover the truth.

The Vizard was also later lived in the world of Life while practicing in order to take revenge on Aizen.

Cirikhas the Vizard is they have a mask Hollow. These masks have great power and they could control such power.

Before departing for Hueco Mundo, Ichigo was also taught by the Vizard how to control the strength of the hollow in him so he could be used to fight.

The highest level of Arrancar called Espada, they lived in Las Noches, Hueco Mundo. Total Espada 10 people and handpicked by Aizen. Each Espada is characterized by a number of 0-9 (no 9 weakest). Espada has a similar force captain in the Gotei 13.
